Installation
In Norbit Chat, navigate to Settings > Business Messages > Synchronization.
In the "Client token" field, enter a random string and save the changes.
Open the Business Communications Console by visiting https://business-communications.cloud.google.com and sign in using your Business Messages Google account.
Click on "Partner account settings" at the top of the page.
Configure the Webhook by entering the Webhook URL and the Client token you copied earlier from Norbit Chat > Settings > Business Messages > Synchronization. Save the changes.
Go back to the Business Communications Console (https://business-communications.cloud.google.com) and open your partner account.
From the left menu, select "Service account" and create a new key. Download the key and open it with a text editor like Notepad.
Copy the values of "private_key" and "client_email" from the downloaded key file.
Paste the copied values into the corresponding fields in Norbit Chat > Settings > Business Messages > Synchronization.
To test your agent, visit https://business-communications.cloud.google.com/console, click on your brand to enter the brand Overview area.
Under "Agent information," find "Agent test URLs" and click on the button suitable for your mobile device. Open the link from your mobile device to test the agent.
To create a live agent for a real location on Google Maps, go to your partner account in the Business Communications Console.
Create a new agent and add Google Maps locations by selecting "Locations" from the left menu.
Complete all the required information prompts for the agent.
Finally, verify and launch the agent by selecting "Verify" and then "Launch" from the left menu.
