  • For chips, buttons, and select rich messages, ensure that each value has a maximum of 25 characters. Additionally, limit the total number of values to a maximum of 13.

  • The avatar image should be in JPG format and have dimensions of 1024x1024 pixels. The file size should not exceed 50KB.

  • To obtain the Place ID for your locations, navigate to the Locations page of the Business Communications Console.
