Installation

• Open the Settings menu on your device and go to Apps.

• Locate and select Viber from the list.

• Enter your license key to install and activate the app. If you are using the cloud version, the app is already active.

To create a Viber bot for your website, follow these instructions:

• Visit the following URL: https://partners.viber.com/account/create-bot-account.

• Complete the necessary information and create your bot account.

• Once created, copy the token provided for your bot.

To synchronize the bot with Norbit Chat, do the following:

• Access the Norbit Chat admin area.

• Navigate to the Viber section.

• Paste the copied token into the designated field labeled "Token."

• Click on the "Synchronize now" button.

It's important to ensure that your website uses HTTPS (SSL certificate) for Viber integration, as HTTP is not supported.
