• Norbit Chat rich messages are automatically converted to LINE rich messages when possible. If conversion is not possible, these messages will be removed from the conversation.

• LINE conversations and messages are compatible with routing and queuing systems.

• Dialogflow is fully supported, including features such as Human takeover, Norbit Chat rich messages, language detection, and chatbot language switcher.

• Follow-up messages are supported and sent instantly. The delay setting for follow-up messages is ignored.

• Offline messages are supported, but the timetable information is not included in the message.
